Sign In

From this screen you can access the app with your existing Facebook account or your email address and password.

If you don't have an account, you can still sign up with your Facebook account or touch the link Sign Up.

Registering a new account

 

Create an account by completing the details on this screen. Remember to read the Terms & Conditions before accepting them. If you want to receive notifications from the app, simply activate the Allow Contact From Us button.

Select University/College

 

When registering, after your personal details, you'll be asked to pick up your campus from the dropdown menu so that the information in the app will be configured around your campus.

Recover Password

If you forgot your password, fear not! Just touch the link on the sign in page that says Forgot Your Password and use this screen to recover it. You will receive an email with a recovery link to the email address you used to register.

MAIN

Main

After logging in, this main screen shows the options available.

From here you can access your settings/profile (top right corner), the socialise buttons (centre top) or logout (top left corner).

The central part shows if you have any free items to redeem and/or how many items you need to purchase before you can redeem your next free one.

The Redeem/Pay button can also be used to pay at the till if you wish to use your app balance to purchase an item.

The bottom part of this screen shows your available balance in points and currency. You can top up this balance by using the button on the left.

The bottom navigation bar gives you access to the main screen, your available offers, the online shop to pre-order your food and your chosen campus information - like opening times, menus, etc.

Socialise

Pay with your balance

Use the Redeem/Pay button from the main page to pay for your purchases at the campus tills using your app balance.

Offers

View the offers available to you from the Offers button on the bottom navigation bar.

Settings/Profile

Use this screen to access your profile editing screen, give us a feedback, read the terms and conditions, enable notifications and whatnot.

Edit Profile

This screen allows you to edit some details of your profile, including to option to upload a new profile picture.

My Campus

This is the main screen containing info regarding your chosen campus, including opening times of the cafè's/restaurants.

Opening Times

Touch the Opening Times tab to reveal full details.

Contact details

Touch the Contact Details tab to revel the details.

Services available

Tap on the Services Available tab to reveal its content.

Top Up

If you haven't stored any payment methods in your app, the first time you access the top up screen you will have to select a payment method before you can proceed. Just tap on the Add Payment Method button.

Add Payment Method

To add a new payment method click on the blue button.

Add Card

You will be prompted to securely insert the long number on your card and other details.

Choose Top Up Amount

Once you have added a new payment method you will be redirected to the top up screen and this time the default payment method will show. From here you can access your payment methods screen from the Manage Cards button or proceed with the top up by first selecting the amount (£10, £20, £30, £50 or other amount) and pay with the blue button. You can also choose to Enable Auto Top-Up.

Auto Top Up

If you enable auto top up, you will be prompted to fill in the amount and threshold and the card that will be used to top up.

Confirm Auto Top Up

Just confirm your options and you'll be redirected to complete your top up session

Confirmation

Once your top up payment has been processed you'll see a confirmation screen.
