Registering a new account
Create an account by completing the details on this screen. Remember to read the Terms & Conditions before accepting them. If you want to receive notifications from the app, simply activate the Allow Contact From Us button.
When registering, after your personal details, you'll be asked to pick up your campus from the dropdown menu so that the information in the app will be configured around your campus.
If you forgot your password, fear not! Just touch the link on the sign in page that says Forgot Your Password and use this screen to recover it. You will receive an email with a recovery link to the email address you used to register.
After logging in, this main screen shows the options available.
From here you can access your settings/profile (top right corner), the socialise buttons (centre top) or logout (top left corner).
The central part shows if you have any free items to redeem and/or how many items you need to purchase before you can redeem your next free one.
The Redeem/Pay button can also be used to pay at the till if you wish to use your app balance to purchase an item.
The bottom part of this screen shows your available balance in points and currency. You can top up this balance by using the button on the left.
The bottom navigation bar gives you access to the main screen, your available offers, the online shop to pre-order your food and your chosen campus information - like opening times, menus, etc.
You will be prompted to securely insert the long number on your card and other details.
Choose Top Up Amount
Once you have added a new payment method you will be redirected to the top up screen and this time the default payment method will show. From here you can access your payment methods screen from the Manage Cards button or proceed with the top up by first selecting the amount (£10, £20, £30, £50 or other amount) and pay with the blue button. You can also choose to Enable Auto Top-Up.
